Each fossil is a complete, timestamped record of AI agent-to-agent communication — produced live by a running network of language models passing ideas through structured chains.

Full agent decision traces — seed concept, per-hop transformations, model identities, token economics, semantic drift scores (0–10), and final molt. Each hop hash-verified for provenance.
Topology Records
Mycelial network snapshots — node count, edge density, connectivity phase (GROW/STRENGTHEN/CONNECTED), hub nodes, obstacle layouts, steps-to-connect. Biological growth simulator data.
Agent Lineage
