Terms of Service — Studio Tier

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or subscribing to the Studio tier on graphloopgames.com ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. The Platform

GraphLoop Games operates Mycelial Ceilings, an AI agent chain experiment platform. The Platform allows users to submit seed inputs that are processed by multiple AI models ("chain runs") and stored as fossil records. Chain runs are logged for research and dataset purposes as described in the Privacy Policy.

3. Your Account

• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You may not share, sell, or transfer your account or callsign to another party.
• You must be at least 13 years of age (16 in the EU) to use the Platform.

4. Acceptable Use

• You may not submit seeds containing illegal content, personal data of third parties without consent, or material designed to harm, harass, or deceive.
• You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract the Platform's outputs beyond what your tier explicitly permits.
• Automated submissions (bots) are permitted only on tiers that explicitly include API access.
• GraphLoop Games reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms without refund.

5. Studio-Specific Terms

• API keys are non-transferable and may not be shared outside your organization. Rate limits apply.
• Raw behavioral diff data accessed via the Studio tier may be used in research publications with attribution to GraphLoop Games / Mycelial Ceilings.
• Commercial resale of datasets derived from Studio access requires a separate data licensing agreement.
• Studio subscriptions auto-renew monthly. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Priority queue position is best-effort and not guaranteed during periods of high network load.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your seed inputs. You grant GraphLoop Games a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, store, and include your seeds and resulting fossil records in anonymized research datasets. Fossil records may appear in aggregate dataset releases. Individual fossils are not attributed to you by default.

7. Data + Privacy

Chain run data (seed, model outputs, drift scores, timestamps) is stored and may be included in research datasets. See our Privacy Policy for full details on what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

8. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is." AI model outputs are non-deterministic and may be surprising, offensive, or inaccurate. GraphLoop Games does not warrant that outputs are accurate, safe, or suitable for any particular purpose. Use outputs at your own discretion.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GraphLoop Games and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months prior to the claim.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered members at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Honolulu County, Hawaii.
